Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs will calculate automatically at checkout. If you wish you can use the shipping estimator tool via your basket to see what shipping charges you can expect.
In order to combat the effects of Brexit we are operating from a Spanish warehouse, so your orders can be fulfilled from within the EU.
Most orders will be shipped from our Spanish warehouse, although depending on availability we may send some items from another EU warehouse or our UK warehouse. In any case, you are not expected to pay any duties or import VAT. In the unlikely event a charge occurs please contact with support ( to be reimbursed.
It may be necessary to split your order and send part from one warehouse and part from another. We will contact you if that is the case.
Handling and Delivery Times
Where possible we will send orders out on the same day they are place. The cut off is around 1pm (Spanish time). Orders placed after that will be send the following working day. We ship Mon-Fri and not at the weekends.
Delivery for Spain is around 3-4 working days from order.
Delivery for other EU countries is around 1-2 weeks from order.
As this system is fairly new, we welcome feedback on delivery times. If you order has arrived much quicker or much slower than expected, please do let us know via support.

Shipping, Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please email stating your order number, and you will be refunded in full, providing the order hasn’t been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it can be returned, unused for a full refund. For unwanted items, the period for returns is 28 days.
When the delivery arrives, please check it carefully. All of our items are scanned as they are packed and the packing area is filmed to check outgoing orders so we are confident your order will arrive as ordered. However in the unusual situation where an item is missing please let us know within 7 days of receipt.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace the item. Please email photo(s) and/or video(s) that show the problem to . If the damage is not possible to show on a photo or video, or you do not have access to email such files, please return the item instead. If you prefer a refund, please return the item.
